Paris. Raphaël, in his forties, and his wife Hélène are woken up in the middle of the night by the ringing of the telephone. It's Léo, his best friend, who's broken down on the edge of the forest of Fontainebleau, who asks him to come to his rescue. 

Raphaël refuses and tells him to call a tow truck, but Hélène insists that he goes to help him, as we don't leave friends in the mud. 

Upon his arrival, Raphaël discovers that he is not the only one who has come; in fact, Léo has called all his friends to create - what we should call - a "friendship test". A few days later, Raphael finds himself alone one night and he has the idea of setting up the same hoax. 

What if a friendship, a whole existence depended only on this one question: "Would you have gotten up to go and help out a friend at 3:00 in the morning?
